Join Hatha Yoga instructor Maureen Francis in the Community Conservation Barn for an hour of relaxing yoga, followed by an optional hike led by Wildlands Trust staff. No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, small blanket, and dress comfortably. Hike is weather dependent.
