In a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class, we create seamless movements from one pose (asana) to another pose, linking each transition with the breath. Precision, alignment and focus (drishti) are essential and must work together. In this 75-minute workshop in the Wildlands Trust Community Conservation Barn, you will learn and practice the essential details of transitioning such as using pivots and how to use the breath to build stamina. We will review common sequences and work on creating modifications that help tailor yoga to a level you feel good about.
This workshop is good for beginners as well as more seasoned yogis. It is a great opportunity to practice technique and hone your skills. Bring your mat and come prepared to learn, practice and work on creating a Vinyasa Flow that is strengthening, challenging, and inspiring. Learn to be present in your practice by focusing on the details and take your flow to the next level.
