Winter Solstice Celebration: An Evening of Yoga, Meditation, and Music

  • Wildlands Trust 675 Long Pond Road Plymouth, MA, 02360 United States (map)

Join us at sunset on Saturday, December 21 to celebrate the winter solstice. The winter solstice is the shortest day and longest night of the year, and the first day of winter in the Northern Hemisphere.

The evening will include a mindful yoga flow by candlelight with live music. The flow will focus on connecting breath and movement, while mudras will help us set positive intentions to guide us through our winter days. There will be poetry to keep us inspired and meditation designed to calm the heart and mind.

Instructor Grace Junek will guide us through the solstice celebration, with local musician Mallory Sabado providing uplifting music on her piano and guitar.

Afterward join us for a cheer-filled gathering, and enjoy a cup of hot cider and holiday treats.

Ticket Price: $10 Members of Wildlands Trust, $17 Nonmembers. Membership to Wildlands starts at $40 per year. Learn more about membership benefits...

This program is SOLD OUT, but please feel free to join the waitlist.
