8th Annual Post-Feast Waddle and Open House

  • Wildlands Trust, Inc. 675 Long Pond Road Plymouth, MA 02360 (map)

It’s our eighth annual Post-Feast Waddle! Skip the Black Friday lines and hit the trails as you walk off your Thanksgiving feast in America’s Hometown. The whole family—including the dog—is invited!

Hike from the Wildlands Trust headquarters at Davis-Douglas Farm to the Beech Tree Clearing at Emery Preserve. From there, choose the direct route back for a 2-mile hike, or take the longer red trail for a 3-mile hike. Our trusted volunteer hike leaders will be there to guide you either way!

As we continue to celebrate our 50th anniversary, enjoy our 50 Remarkable Years, 50 Remarkable People gallery in the Community Conservation Barn before and after the hike. Or, skip the hike altogether and come just for the gallery!

This event is free for all ages! Preregistration is requested for planning purposes. Furry friends are welcome, but we ask that they be kept on-leash and under control. Festive refreshments will be served.

Wear your blaze orange if you have it! There is no hunting on Davis-Douglas Conservation Area, but we always err on the side of caution during hunting season.
