Join us this November for an afternoon group meditation with Betsy Hall. Begin with a discussion of mindfulness practices and techniques in front of the Wildlands Barn, then silently hike to the Beech Tree Clearing at Emery Preserve. On the way back, enjoy a naturalist discussion of your observations. This meditation is for both new and experiences meditators.
If there is bad weather, this program will be moved indoors to our Conservation Barn.
