Celebrate one of the longest days of the year at a sunrise meditation with leader Betsy Hall. Sit in mindful meditation on the beach as the sun rises over the Atlantic ocean to clear your mind and renew your spirit. This meditation is for both new and experienced meditators.
Parking:
Center Hill Preserve, east side (ocean side) parking lot: 158 Center Hill Rd., Plymouth
What to Wear & Bring (required):
Closed-toed shoes
Weather-appropriate clothing
Water
Anything you need to be comfortable sitting on the beach (blanket, chair, etc.), as long as you can carry it
What to Expect:
A short walk on the beach, less than a mile, and a seated meditation
An open, accepting, safe space for all
Restrictions:
No pets
All ages
Limit 15 participants
Outdoor programs are weather permitting. Cancellations and postponements due to weather will be announced online and registered attendees will be notified via email.

Betsy Hall is a meditation teacher with over 25 years of experience. She trained under renowned meditation instructor, Jose Silva, whose techniques have been studied by millions of people around the world. Betsy has also studied with Zen Masters, Buddhists teachers, and Christian leaders. She loves to lead walking meditations in the forest because she believes that nature is one of the greatest meditation teachers. Betsy gently leads her participants in the art of meditation, encouraging self-discovery and delight. Her career as a teacher and guidance counselor is an essential part of her foundation as a meditation guide.
