Join Betsy for a Mindful Meditation at Emery Preserve in Plymouth, MA! This meditation is for both new and experienced meditators. All are welcome. We will hike 2 miles of winding trails and visit the grand beech tree.
Join botanical artist, and Conservation Agent, Tricia Cassady for a 2-mile morning hike followed by nature journaling. Wildlands Trust will supply watercolor paint, paintbrushes, and paper. Please bring your own journal and pencils!
